Since its establishment as an insurance company in 2003, GasanMamo Insurance has continued to develop and grow, expanding its product range and distribution channels.
The staff,complement of approximately 130 operate out of a Head Office in Gzira and ten strategically located branches throughout Malta. The Company has two Agents, one in Malta and one in Cyprus. Working through a large network of Tied Insurance Intermediaries and all leading Brokers compliments the company broad reach in the Market in which it operates.
Gasan Finance Company plc
The principal business of Gasan Finance Company plc is to raise financial resources from capital markets to finance the operations and capital projects of the Gasan Group. It acquires bills of exchange from Gasan Enterprises Ltd, the Group company, which presently effects sales within the automotive division of the Group, and owns important commercial buildings which it leases.
