The bulk excavation works for the site are now complete with detailed excavation works for the floor slab between Towers Q1 and Q2 currently in progress. Construction works on the roofing over of the basement level 05 beneath Tower Q3 have commenced, with the vertical walls and columns beneath Tower Q2 and the rainwater reservoir at basement level 06 approaching completion. Works are also progressing well on the grey water treatment plant area and the Fire/Irrigation reservoir. The steel fixing operations on the reinforcement for the last and largest of the four foundations (Tower Q4) are nearing completion with the required concrete pour set to happen between the 07th and 11th of July.
The forth tower crane is now operational, with the fifth and final tower crane required for assembly throughout the month of July.
